Various Stuff Important And Less Important In World Of Tanks

General Things: Retraining

One great feature in WoT that helps in making it such a great game are the crew members and the complexity of their usage and understanding. It is not a proper thing to move a crew into a new tank without retraining them; you can do that just if you not wish to keep them and you are just using them as a sacrifice. If you find yourself wondering why the second skills of the crew members are not going up it's because your first competency has not reached full percentage.

If you have the time and money the best thing to do is to always have active crews within all the tiers, from tier 1 to 10, it will help you advancing in skills, secondary skills. Keep in mind that after you retrained a crew to drive a new tank, will forget to drive the old tank, a thing that many players are not paying attention or are forgetting about it. If you are training a crew for a tank within the same class as the one that already was trained it will lose a small part of the skill, only 10%.

Sometimes it is better to transfer the skills that your tank is earning to a member of the crew. Remember that the tank will gain no experience whatsoever. The process is called Accelerated Training. Another thing added to the complexity of the crew system is the commander which can add competency to his crew members if he has a 100% competency on his own. The crew member will get 1 percent out of 100 more ability to his status.
